I arrived at this work through a life that asked me, more than once, to stop and listen.
For a long time, I lived at a fast pace.
I built an 18-year career in visual effects, moving between countries and projects that demanded a lot. From the outside, life looked full and successful, but something in me had begun to feel out of step with the way I was living.
Nature has always been my first language. It’s where I feel most free, most myself. It also shaped my sensitivity. I’ve always felt things deeply - the beauty of life, but also the weight of it.
For a long time, I learned to override that. To keep moving. To adapt.
But over time, my body began to interrupt that pace.
A series of injuries, burnout, and health challenges slowed me down in a way I had never experienced before. It was in that stillness that I began asking what a life of real meaning felt like.
Eventually I left Los Angeles for the coast of Oaxaca, Mexico, where I began to find a different rhythm - in quiet mornings, the ocean, meditation, conversations that reached beneath the surface, and a return to the natural world.
I devoted myself to beauty. The more I opened to it, the more deeply I found myself participating in life.
Slowly, beauty became my compass.
As I followed it, I realised that somewhere along the way, I'd lost sight of who I really was..
I found myself asking a question that would shape the years that followed.
What would it mean to live from the deepest truth of who I am?
This question led me into years of study and practice - mindfulness, deep transformational coaching, meditation, sound and energy work, and more recently, the embodied path of tantra.
Although each tradition spoke a different language, they all pointed towards the same understanding: that beneath the fear, conditioning and protective layers we carry lies our essential nature - the truest expression of who we are. Most of our suffering begins the moment we forget that.
Understanding this was one thing - living it would be another. Soon enough, life asked exactly that of me.
The future I had been building came to an end, and a health crisis brought my body to a standstill.
I couldn't return to who I had been.
This time, I knew not to force a way forward - only to turn inward. And it was there that everything I had been searching for began to make sense.
Transformation doesn't come from fixing ourselves. It begins when we stop abandoning ourselves.
When we create enough safety to hear the wisdom of the body. When we learn to trust the quiet intelligence of the heart. And when we have the courage to let go of everything that no longer feels true.
What emerges isn't someone new. It's who we've been all along.
That understanding changed not only the direction of my life, but the way I now work with others.
Today, I work as a transformational coach, mindfulness teacher, and guide.
I help women slow down, hear themselves more clearly, and build lives that feel more aligned with who they truly are.
Everything I offer is grounded in a simple belief: that meaningful change begins when we restore connection - to ourselves, each other, nature, and the deeper intelligence of life.
How I work
The principles that guide every session
Deep Listening
I listen not only to the words you say, but to what lies beneath them - the patterns, the pauses, and the things that are difficult to name. Many people tell me they feel heard here in a way they rarely experience elsewhere.
Mindfulness & the Body
The body carries profound wisdom. Mindfulness and somatic awareness are woven naturally into our work, helping you slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself, moment by moment.
Powerful Inquiry
Rather than offering advice or direction, I ask questions that help you access your own knowing. The answers you are looking for are already within you. Together, we create the space to hear them more clearly.
Presence Without Agenda
This is a space without judgement, pressure, or a predetermined destination. We move at your pace, in the direction that feels true for you. My role is not to lead the way, but to support what is naturally unfolding.
"Serena reflects back the person I haven't seen in myself, and the doors I need to walk through. She receives everything I share with warmth and care, helping me soften toward the parts I once hid."
