Transformational Life Coaching
A return to yourself.
This is a journey of soulful guidance, mindful presence, and coming home to your true nature.
I’m Serena, a transformational life coach.
I work with women at moments of transition, when something is shifting and there's a sense that life can't continue in the same way.
At its heart, this is about remembering who you are beneath everything you've learnt to be - the expectations, conditioning, limiting beliefs, and ways of living that may once have protected you, but no longer feel true.
Our work begins by slowing down, coming out of the mind, and into the body and heart.
This is where the real listening begins; because I believe the answers you're looking for already exist within you. My role is to help you learn to trust what you hear - and find the courage to follow it.
From that place, a different way of living becomes possible.
Perhaps you've
reached a threshold...
The life you've built no longer feels fully aligned.
You're exhausted from holding everything together.
A relationship, loss, or life transition has changed you, and you're still finding your way.
You no longer trust yourself in the way you once did.
The same patterns keep repeating, despite your best efforts to change them.
You've become disconnected from your creativity, your joy, or the parts of yourself that once felt most alive.
You're longing for a way of living that feels more honest, more grounded, and more like you.
Returning to yourself
isn’t surface-level change.
It asks you to let go.
The identities you've carried.
The beliefs you've outgrown.
The ways you've left yourself to feel safe, loved, or in control.
Because before something new can emerge,
something old has to fall away.
‘What is wrong with me?’
becomes
‘What is true for me?’
Imagine…
A life that feels like it belongs to you.
A quieter mind.
A body that feels like home.
Your creativity coming back to life.
The courage to follow your own path.
Feeling free to be exactly who you are.
Meeting life in all its beauty and aliveness.
And a deep trust that wherever life takes you... you'll never abandon yourself again.
About the work…
-
Coaching is a collaborative process rooted in deep listening, honest reflection, and self-enquiry.
Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, my role is to help you slow down enough to hear yourself more clearly.
I believe much of the wisdom we’re looking for already exists within us. We simply haven't always had the space to access it.

Therapy and coaching can complement one another, but they are different practices.
Therapy often helps people understand and heal emotional patterns, process difficult experiences, or support mental health. Coaching is future-oriented - helping you develop greater awareness, navigate change, and move towards the life you want to create.
It isn't a replacement for therapy, but it can be a powerful support through periods of change and inner transformation.
-
This is Deep Transformational Coaching - a soul-led, heart-based approach that guides you back to your true essence.
It isn't about performance, productivity, or chasing external success. It's Being, not Doing, work.
Together, we explore the beliefs, stories, and identities that shape how you see yourself and your life. Through deep inquiry, we question what is no longer true - making room for greater freedom, self-trust, and a more authentic way of living.
-
Every session, and every journey, unfolds differently.
Often we begin by meeting whatever is ready to be released - old beliefs, protective patterns, emotions that have been held for a long time. Underneath that is usually something wanting to be seen: a truth, a quality, an essence of you that's been waiting to come forward.
Sometimes this happens through inquiry and conversation. Other times, I'll guide you into a direct experience - somatic, felt, beyond words - so you can meet it in your body, not just understand it in your mind.
There's no fixed agenda. We follow what's most alive and ready to unfold.
-
Not at all. Many people arrive feeling uncertain, stuck, disconnected, or at a crossroads in life.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.
Clarity often emerges through the process itself, by slowing down, listening more deeply, and learning to trust what begins to unfold.
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
